If you have a general query about your Cyberaid software, or you're not sure of something, please refer to our HELP Service page, which lists some FAQs that might provide an answer quickly.

Technical Support is the service provided under your Maintenance Agreement, and provides legislative updates and error-correction for your installed Cyberaid software products. Whilst we pride ourselves on the quality of our products, inevitably you may experience a technical problem from time to time, and our Technical Support Department is here to help you.

You can contact them by email on support@cyberaid.com, or you can fax them your problem on our Fax Error Report Form (you can print this under Help in TeamTrak). Alternatively you may telephone them direct on +44 (0)1440 731957 .

Sometimes, the problem that you are experiencing may already have been reported and corrected, and our Adaptiv/TeamTrak/CyBIS download page may provide a solution for you without the need to contact Technical Support.

To use the Technical Support download page select your product below and enter the user id and password shown on your Cyberaid Support Card (lowercase only).
