Technical Support is the service provided under your Maintenance
Agreement, and provides legislative updates and error-correction
for your installed Cyberaid software products. Whilst we pride
ourselves on the quality of our products, inevitably you may experience
a technical problem from time to time, and our Technical Support
Department is here to help you.
You can contact them by email on email@example.com,
or you can fax them your problem on our Fax Error Report Form
(you can print this under Help in TeamTrak). Alternatively you
may telephone them direct on +44 (0)1440 731957 .
Sometimes, the problem that you are experiencing may already
have been reported and corrected, and our Adaptiv/TeamTrak/CyBIS
download page may provide a solution for you without the need
to contact Technical Support.
